By registering and using our WhatsApp Business API platform, you agree to comply with the following terms: Account Usage: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. The account must only be used for legitimate business communication. WhatsApp Policy Compliance: You must strictly follow WhatsApp’s Official Commerce and Business Policies. Any spamming, bulk messaging without user consent, or sending prohibited content will lead to immediate account suspension without a refund. API & Platform Fair Use: You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, or cause any disruption to our servers. Payments & Subscription: All subscription fees are paid in advance. Failure to renew the subscription on time will result in the temporary deactivation of API services. Data Privacy: We value your privacy. Your data and client contact details will be handled securely as per our standard Privacy Policy. Limitation of Liability: Waplix is a service provider. We are not liable for any account bans, penalties, or restrictions imposed by Meta/WhatsApp on your business number due to policy violations.
